Student Bodies
Students at the ETH have organised different student bodies. Environmental and Geomatic Engineering students have formed the GUV student body that organises parties, excursions, sport events (skiing weekends, etc). This body also supports students by recording former exams and collaborating with the various committees within the Department and the ETH.
The different associations and bodies are members of VSETH (ETH Zurich Student Association) that acts as a lobby for students at the ETH.
Upon registration at ETH, students automatically become members of GUV and VSETH. Voluntary financial contributions for these student bodies can be paid with the student registration fees.
